    Meet the Director

    Director Photo
    Dr. Tara Kaczorowski

    Dr. Kaczorowski joined Daemen University in 2021. She earned her Ph.D. in Special Education with a focus on instructional technology from the University at Buffalo. A former K-4 special education teacher, she now teaches courses in STEM instruction, inclusion, and graduate research methods. Her research focuses on teacher preparation, instructional technology, video-enhanced reflection, and STEM instruction for students with disabilities.

    Pursuant to §52.21 of the regulations of the Commissioner of Education, the educator preparation programs offered by Daemen University are considered to be continuously accredited for purposes of meeting the New York State requirement that all such programs maintain continuous accreditation. We are also pursuing accreditation through the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP).
